It goes without saying that we follow the standards and have also developed a system that meets the requirements of our customers and society as well as our own needs. This system is maintained and continuously improved.
The WJW management system has been certified since 2009. Since then the business processes have been documented and secured. Effective reporting enables efficient and continuous improvement of processes and products.
For our customers from the aviation and aerospace industry, we guarantee production in accordance with the requirements of the QSF-A of the Bundesverband der deutschen Luftfahrt- und Raumfahrtindustrie e.V. (Federal Association of the German Aviation and Aerospace Industry) (BDLI).
Remark authorization according to 3.1
We have been authorised by the SGS TÜV Saar to remark materials or components according to the information in the test report 2.2 or inspection certificate 3.1 according to DIN EN 10204.
This ensures that you receive exactly the material you ordered and that your components remain traceable - even after years.

The 3D profilometer SURFCOM FLEX from ZEISS can be used for fast, simple and precise surface measurement tasks.
The equipment provides a very high accuracy and reproducibility and very high measuring speeds (additionally feed unit with patented linear motor technology and glass scale in the X-axis).
There are 3 levels of cutting quality in waterjet cutting which depend mainly on pressure, abrasive material and feed rate.
Quality or fine waterjet cutting
+/- 0.05 mm precision at the part's upper edge, diagonal cut approx. 0.1 mm, approx. 80 % smooth finish. For applications with high technical and/or optical requirements
Normal or standard waterjet cutting
+/- 0.1 mm precision at the part's upper edge, diagonal cut approx. 0.1–0.3 mm, approx. 50–60 % smooth finish. The standard Q2 cut is usually used in general machine and plant engineering. The standard cut features good edge and corner quality at an economically reasonable cutting speed.
Coarse-cut- or separation cut
+/- 0,2mm precision at the part's upper edge, diagonal cut approx. 0.3–0.5 mm, approx. 20 % smooth finish. This coarse-cuting method is usually used if the edges are going to be processed further or if the cutting quality is less important. The upper edge cutting quality of a Q3 is generally good.
