3D Waterjet Cutting

We have two systems for 3D waterjet cutting, providing maximum flexibility to fully meet your requirements. Additionally, our tube module allows for the processing of tubes and shafts, as well as square and hexagonal profiles. Working area:

Metal Additive Manufacturing

Selective laser melting uses various materials, making it possible to realize components that could not be manufactured before. Component creation is rapid, moving directly from the 3D model to the finished part without the need for fixture construction, thereby avoiding associated costs and effort. Working areas:

Milling with Vacuum Clamping Technology

A minimal cooling system applies a small amount of liquid as efficiently as possible. This improves machining conditions and results in shorter production times, better surface quality, and fewer residues during portal milling.

  • Working area 2,000 x 4,000 x 120 mm
  • Vacuum clamping table across the entire working area, ensuring maximum flatness
  • Components up to ≈≤10mm Ø can be manufactured without support tabs
  • Linear motors on Y and X axes enable precision within hundredths of a millimeter over a length of 4,000 mm
